1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items must include all tags, labels, and any included accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel once tried on
• Custom-made or personalized clothing
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number for faster resolution.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Return Process
